Stuart Crescent is a small residential development of around 50 properties which is located on the eastern outskirts of Kemnay. Kemnay itself is a small town in rural Aberdeenshire, around 5 km from Inverurie, and 20 km from Aberdeen. Development of the estate was completed in 2014.
The Association was set up in 2021 to address matters that are of interest, or concern, to the residents within the development. The written Association Constitution provides information on how the Association is governed. A Committee of residents is formed to manage the Association on behalf of the other residents.
